Week #5 A quote to live by . . . .

I do believe i got my work ethic and drive from my mother, and hopefully some of her personality as well, because she is one of those people that everyone loves. She is genuinely a good person at her core. People like that deserve good thing s, but i think part of making person like that, means you they gotta go through some shit.

There are so many amazing quotes out there, and honestly this isn't my favorite quote, but as far as quotes to live by i think this one is a winner.

Life is hard, I feel my life has been harder than a lot of people i know, and easier than a lot of other people i know. It's hard not to get caught up in what we don't have, but you gotta keep pushing to get what you want, and i think that sort of sums up this quote.

I had a good friend of mine tell me years ago, that she was always impressed with me, because no matter how much bad stuff life through at us, we still kept going, we kept digging ourselves out of this hole and trying to work towards our ultimate goals, or the way i see it i guess our ultimate happiness. We could have given up so many times, weaker people have given up, but we fight.

In life, both at work and home, in relationships and friendships, and family. I feel strongly we keep on going, we keep on fighting, because we surely did not come this far, to just come this far. We've come this far to be that much closer to who, what, and where we want to be!
